DEVELOPMENT
SQUARE PARKS specializes in the development of newly built light industrial assets in urban areas throughout the entire DACH-region. In Germany, the regional focus is on the top seven cities, where we develop buildings that meet the requirements of our investors and tenants regarding quality oft he location, return expectations, efficiency, sustainability, and ESG criteria—while ensuring maximum flexibility for our tenants.
EXPANSION
SQUARE PARKS is focused on growth — with an active project pipeline and a clear strategy to expand it further. We are continuously looking for properties and investment opportunities for the development of flexible light industrial assets in urban locations.
ACQUISITION
Our acquisition profile includes properties with a minimum size of approximately 5,000 m². We focus on metropolitan regions as well as urban locations throughout the entire DACH-region. In particular locations in established industrial and logistics clusters, including both brownfield and greenfield lots.
