SQUARE PARKS is looking for additional plots of land for the development of new urban business parks.
• Focus on the top 7 cities and their respective metropolitan regions
• Focus on plots of land ranging from 10,000 to 40,000 square meters, as well as selected existing properties.
• Brownfields, greenfields and conversion areas with building rights or building rights prospects
• ESG-compliant light industrial spaces with flexible, divisible units for SMEs, crafts, production and last-mile logistics
Hamburg, August 10, 2026 – SQUARE PARKS is further expanding its activities in the area of urban business and industrial parks. Following the successful establishment of its business model, the company is seeking additional properties with development potential or existing buildings with short lease terms at selected locations in Germany.
The aim is to develop further business parks – in addition to the properties already realized and/or under construction – and to implement flexibly usable and ESG-compliant light industrial areas.
“Our business model has taken hold in the market. At our locations throughout the DACH region, we are seeing consistently high demand for modern commercial space. In our view, the decisive factor is the combination of urban locations with excellent infrastructure connections and the ability to flexibly lease even smaller spaces and adapt them individually to changing requirements. Especially in an economically uncertain environment, this flexibility is a crucial criterion for many companies. We don't see this as a short-term trend, but rather a structural shift in the demand for space. Therefore, we are continuing our growth trajectory and intend to expand our concept to other German metropolitan and growth regions,” says Henning Nietz, Managing Director of SQUARE PARKS.
SQUARE PARKS develops commercial and industrial parks with flexible, divisible units for small and medium-sized enterprises, craft businesses, manufacturing companies, last-mile logistics providers, service providers, and startups. The spaces can be rented separately or combined as needed. In addition to project development, SQUARE PARKS optionally handles the asset, property, and leasing management of the completed properties.
Top 7 cities and their metropolitan regions
The acquisition profile focuses on the top seven cities and their metropolitan regions. The company is looking for urban locations, sites with good motorway connections, and properties within established commercial and industrial clusters.
For the development of new light industrial and commercial parks, suitable sites in commercial and industrial zones ranging in size from 10,000 to 40,000 square meters are available. SQUARE PARKS evaluates brownfield and greenfield sites as well as conversion areas. A prerequisite is designation as building land or a reliable prospect of obtaining building rights.
Integrated concept for users and investors
The SQUARE PARKS concept combines flexible floor plans, modern ESG requirements, and high potential for alternative uses with an integrated management approach. By leasing to diverse user groups, cash flow is distributed across multiple industries and companies. The close integration of leasing, asset, and property management makes it possible to adapt user space requirements to changing needs, identify expansion requests early on, and strategically reduce vacancies.
SQUARE PARKS builds on the more than 100 years of experience and operational capacities of the ADOLF WEBER Group in project development, leasing and real estate management.
